[3] Heard learned advocate Mr. Manav Mehta for the plaintiff. [4] Learned advocate Mr. Manav A. Mehta for the plaintiff has tendered a withdrawal pursis dated 22nd August 2025 and submitted that the plaintiff has amicably settled this matter and C/AS/62/2025 ORDER DATED: 22/08/2025 does not want to proceed further with the suit. Along with the pursis, the plaintiff has also produced settlement agreement executed in between the parties. The said pursis along with the settlement terms are directed to be taken on record and shall form part of this order. [5] In view of the above and the pursis filed by the learned advocate for the plaintiff, the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. The order dated 14th August 2025 is vacated, and the Defendant vessel is directed to be released forthwith. The registry is directed to issue the release warrant forthwith.
