Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.43 of 2024 of Munchingiput Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District. 2. A case has been registered against the Petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Section 111 (2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short lthe BNS') and sect'lon 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances Act (for short {the NDPS Actl). 3. Case2Ofthe Prosecution, in brief, -lS that, On 07.ll.2024, at 12.30 hours, on receipt of Credible information, the Sub-Inspector of police, Munchingiput Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to Dodiput village Junction, Munchingiput Mandal, and found four Persons Were loading bags into a Car. on seeing the police, three persons escaped from the spot and the police caught hold of the petitioner herein/A2. I/ they found 60.690 Kgs of Ganja in two bags. A2 corlfessed about the involvement of other accused in the present crime. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been regl'stered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Petitioner herein Was arrested On 07.ll.2024 and since then he is languishing in jail. Lear,ned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of investigation is completed and charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory. 6. ln view Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioner/A2 herein shall be released on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First class, Paderu. (ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on -i3- iE. ```rtf9
