This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari, leaned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present on authority. Mr. M. P. Kulkarni h/f Mr. A. S. Sawant learned counsel for respondents-original claimants is present along with claimants. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited an amount of compensation of Rs.25,43,266/-, out of which claimants are entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 23,00,000/- and the same be transferred to the komal kamble Page|1 2025:BHC-AUG:25765 fa 4236 2023 M.A.C.T., Dhule for disposal as per the order passed by the M.A.C.T., Dhule. Rest of the amount with accrued interest, if any, be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company without any reference to this Court. 6. The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule be informed accordingly. 7. The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.
