Heard Mr. Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered against the Petitioner and Court may pass appropriate orders. 4.
