ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the order dated 05.10.2021 in W.P.No.19068 of 2021 by the respondents.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsels appearing on either side on instructions would submit that the order of the Court is complied with and the petitioner received the amount from the respondents.
3. Considering the above submissions, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
