THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 694/2025 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22084 of 2023. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed that on 14.10.2025, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents reported that order of this Court has been complied with. On 14.10.2025, learned counsel for the respondents is directed to furnish written instructions to that effect. Pursuant to the order of this Court, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 14.10.2025, wherein it is stated that the amounts claimed by the petitioner were paid on 30.03.2025. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the written instructions submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and in view of the compliance of the order of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
