This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari is present with authorised signatory Mr. V. H. Bodkhe for the appellant/Insurance Company. Mr. S. S. Patil, learned counsel is present with respondents/original claimants. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs. 28,67,606/- in this Court out of which an amount of Rs. 22,00,000/- with accrued interest, if any, be transmitted to the M.A.C.T., Dhule for the payment as per the order passed by the M.A.C.T., Dhule and rest of komal kamble Page|1 2025:BHC-AUG:25773 fa 598-2025 the amount be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company with accrued interest, if any. 6. The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule be informed, accordingly. 7. The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.
