The following prayer has been made in the instant petition: Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents authority for consideration the claim of petitioners for compensation of the land acquired by the concerned respondents authority for making of bridge over the Gata in question. 2. The case of the petitioners is that they have executed a sale deed in favour of the State in respect of area measuring 0.0032010 hectare of Gata Nos. 268 & 269, Khata No. 437. The respondents are trying to demolish a temple existing over the land of the petitioners without paying any compensation. 3. Since factual disputes are involved, therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file exhaustive representation before respondent No. 2 within two weeks along with true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, the same will be decided by a speaking order after providing full opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
