1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities particular the concerned respondent no. 2 and 4 to decide pending application for correction of the land in the online map revenue record within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” SOURABH BHILWAR Digitally signed by SOURABH BHILWAR Date: 2025.10.31 11:19:22 +0530

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted an application for entering the description of the property as mentioned in the application like Khasra, B-1 and map in the online records, similarly another application has also been submitted by him before the Collector, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj. The applications were submitted on 12/08/2024 and thereafter in the year 2025 before the Collector, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, however, till date, no action has been taken on his applications or any order has been passed, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2 & 4 to take steps on the pending applications submitted by the petitioner and enter the Khasra, B-1 and map of the land owned by the petitioner as mentioned therein online.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/ State would submit that as the petitioner is only seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 & 4 to take necessary action on the applications already submitted by him, he is not having any objection to the limited prayer made by the petitioner. He would further submit that if the applications are still pending
consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law subject to verification of the facts.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner herein, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.2 & 4 to take decision on the pending applications dated 12/08/2024 and of the month of July, 2025 submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
