Heard G.Ravi Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complainant is a Senior Citizen aged about 72 years, who lodged a private complaint in C.F.R No.1476 of 2022 on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, in the year 2022, which is still pending. Thereby, a direction may be given to the Court for expeditious disposal of the complaint. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is allowed. However, the learned Magistrate Court is directed to dispose of the private complaint in C.F.R.No.1476 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
