By way of instant writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has made a prayed for expeditious disposal of the Appeal No.34/2024 titled as Suraj Prakash Vs. State, pending before the Additional District Collector, Shahabad, District Baran. 2. Undisputedly, petitioner has alternative remedy available for such prayer before the Board of Revenue, to whom, powers of general superintendence and control over all revenue courts and over all revenue officers have been entrusted by virtue of Section 9 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956. 3. In view of above, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach before the Board of Revenue. 4.
