The Court: The matter had been mentioned for correction of the order passed by this Court dated 20th March, 2025. The petitioner submits that other purchase orders should have been incorporated in the order, but this Court had mistakenly mentioned one purchase order. The dispute in respect of which arbitration was referred, was restricted to the purchase order dated 29th May, 2016, relating to the Gurgaon project. The invocation was in respect of the said purchase order. The Court made no observation with regard to the purchase orders which the petitioner submits to have also been issued in respect of the Gurgaon project. The said order is restricted only to the purchased order dated May 29, 2016 in respect of the 2 Gurgaon project. The petitioner can take appropriate steps as permitted in law, if there are other purchase orders. The order dated 20th March, 2025 is modified to the above extent. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) sp/
