This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present, with letter of Authority by insurance company. Mr. M. P. Kulkarni holding for Mr. Amol Sawant, for the respondents/original claimants is present along with claimants. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms & authority letter are marked as Exhibit ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. The Insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs. 18,51,740/-, out of which 16,00,000/- be transferred to M.A.C.T., Dhule komal kamble Page|1 2025:BHC-AUG:25786 fast 15866 2023 for the disbursement as per the order passed by the M.A.C.T., Dhule. Rest of the amount be returned to the appellant/Insurance Company with accrued interest. 6. The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule be informed accordingly. 7.
