Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:81332 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 6711 of 2025 Petitioner :- Asim Ali Respondent :- Managing Director Up State Road Transport Corporation Tehri Kothi And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ghan Shyam Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- Awadhesh Kumar Saxena Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to the benefit of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.), time pay scale, arrears of annual increment, security money and interest thereof. He has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Ghan Shyam Maurya,
learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Manoj Kumar Pal, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Awadhesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 to 3 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of applicable provisions of law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that his service benefit/claim is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In wake of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is
directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding grant of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.), time pay scale, arrears of annual increment, security money and interest thereof in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. The writ petition is finally disposed of.
