GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.29318 of 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation pursuant to the petitioner’s F-LINE Application No.TAFSNV012500812404, dated 18.08.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcation of the petitioner’s agricultural land in Sy.No.152/1, admeasuring Ac.1.3000 cents, Komara Gunta, HAA/K Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, within a stipulated time and pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Precisely, the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner’s agricultural land in Sy.No.152/1, admeasuring Ac.1.3000 cents, Komara Gunta, H/W Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, 3. Heard Sri Pasapala Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner herein filed an F-line application bearing application No.FSNV012500812404 dated 18.08.2025. Despite application has been filed in the month of August, 2025, respondent authorities have not taken any action for conducting survey. Hence, learned counsel prays to direct the 4 respondent authorities to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner’s land. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished written instructions dated 25.10.2025, addressed by the Tahsildar, Vedurukuppam Mandal. The said written instructions depict that the Tahsildar, Vedurukuppam Mandal, has directed the Mandal Surveyor, Vedurukuppam and Village Surveyor, Komarigunta Village, to conduct a survey of the land in Sy.No.152/1, to an extent of Ac.1.30 cents, situated in Komaragunta revenue Village, and to demarcate its boundaries and submit a detailed report. However, said report is awaited. 6. In view of the above written instructions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to conduct survey as expeditiously as possible and demarcate petitioner’s land within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
