Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that police are not interfering in the business activities of the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent would submit that without any authorization, the petitioners are continuing their business. 4 6. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in any business activities of the petitioners except under due process of law.
