The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.165 of 2024 (S.T. case No.97 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge at Seraikella. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. The informant who is the son of the petitioner has stated that just prior to the occurrence, the petitioner was quarrelling with his mother and thereafter, he had murdered her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
