Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the challenge in the present writ petition is regarding their notification to complete the selection process for recruitment of Office Subordinates in the University through Advertisement No.3/2013. dated 14.08.2013 is cancelled. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that for issuance of fresh notification for filing the vacant non-teaching posts in the University, the matter is placed before the Executive Council on 28.05.2014 for approval of issuing fresh notification but the mater was deferred. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that no candidate has been recruited through the Advertisement No.3/2013, dated 14.08.2013. up 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Considering the submissions in the iight of the decision which has been taken by the University cancelling the subject pending before the Executive Council for i relief has become infructuous.
