He also submits that he would approach the Civil Court qua the other reliefs. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent, who is appearing on advance notice, submits that the Bank will issue the ‘No Objection Certificate’ to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by the DRT on 25.02.2015 (Annexure P- 14). 3.
