Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 to attest the signature of Petitioner as President/Manager/Treasurer of Khair Industrial Institutional Society, Basti, after calling the certified list of present members of Khair Industrial Institutional Society, Basti under the President/Manager/Treasurer of Petitioner no.2from from the Respondent no.3." 3. It is stated that no action has been taken by the District Inspector of Schools ever since January 2025 with regard to attesting signatures of certain office bearers of the petitioner no.1, Society. The petitioners have moved a representation dated 6.2.2025 by sending it to the respondent no.2 by registered post, dispatched on 7.2.2025. The same is stated to be pending and no decision has been taken thereon. 4. Under the circumstances, with the consent of the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Inspector of Schools to proceed to decided the representation dated 6.2.2025 within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it alongwith a copy of the aforesaid representation.
