The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers : “It is, therefore, prayed this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 572/2022 registered at Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur (C.G.) as well as the criminal proceedings made against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the case is fixed before the trial Court for delivery of judgment. 4.
