By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. Both the learned counsels appearing on behalf of petitioners as well as respondent no. 4 submitted jointly that family members of petitioner no. 1 and 2 are having no problem in respect of solemnization of the marriage which has already been existing for last more than 2 years and the cause of action for filing instant petition is no more surviving. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the petition. 5. Prayer as made by learned counsel for petitioners is allowed. 6. Instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
