Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 3.5.2024 has not been complied by the applicant. There is no explanation given by the applicant for non-compliance of the order dated 3.5.2024 pertaining to deposit of Rs.25,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court for mediation proceedings, although, the applicant has enjoyed the interim order granted by this Court by order dated 3.5.2024. Since the applicant has not complied with the order of this Court dated 3.5.2024 and no reason has been assigned for non-compliance, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
