The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.2.2025 passed by the Joint Commissioner & Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Meerut Division, Meerut, i.e., respondent No. 2. Through order dated 18.2.2025, respondent No. 2 has directed the Committee of Management of the Cooperative Society named as Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Limited, Dhikauli, Block Pilana, District-Baghpat to re-consider the Resolution No. 3 dated 25.11.2024 whereby the Committee of Management disqualified the respondent No. 4 from being a member of the Committee of Management. Through order dated 18.2.2025, respondent No. 2 has also stayed the operation of Resolution No. 3 dated 25.11.2024. The order dated 18.2.2025 has been challenged in the present writ petition through individual members of the Committee of Management. The writ petitioners as individual members have no locus to challenge the order passed by respondent No. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. The dismissal of the present writ petition shall not prevent the Committee of Management from challenging the order passed by respondent No. 2.
