Versus Ganesh Bhalchandra Bhavsar And Others O R D E R 1. This matter is not on board, however, on the request of the parties taken on board. 2. This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present on authority. Mr. S. S. Patil, learned counsel for respondents – original claimants is present. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs. 4,33,181/-, out of which claimants agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 3,30,000/- with accrued interest and rest of the amount be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company with accrued interest, if any. The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7. Pending civil applications, if any, stand disposed of. (Avinash R. Borulkar) (S. G.
