The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned ex-parte order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2 in Case No.01318 of 2020, Computerised Case No.D202012560001318 (State Versus Sunil Kumar) under Section 104/105 of U.P. Revenuue Code, 2006 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
