Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no.93/54/414/2005-06 (Shivdutt vs. Ram khelawan). II. Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus not to give effect the impugned judgment and order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no.93/54/414/2005-06 (Shivdutt vs. Ram khelawan). Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus not to dispossess the petitioner from the plot in question." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
