Heard Sri M.Venkata Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and never pressurized the petitioner to enter into compromise in the civil suit in O.S.No.189 of 2023, which is pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Jammalamadugu. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except under due process of law. There shall be no Order as to costs.
