This Court has passed following order on 16.05.2025:- "Shri Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner has been approved by the competent authority. He is being made to run from pillar to post for release of the payment. Shri Anand Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 on the basis of instructions submits that the payment of the petitioner shall be disbursed shortly. Put up this matter on 28.05.2025 in the list of fresh cases. " Sri Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner on basis of instruction submits that subsequent of above order, Rs.50,000/- was paid, however, the balance amount of Rs. 1,18,000/- is still remained for payment. At this stage, Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent Nso. 3 and 4 submits that remaining amount will be paid within 3 weeks. Taking note of above submission and assurance given by counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that remaining amount of Rs.1,18,000/- be paid to the petitioner, within 3 weeks.
