ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri Pathi Siva Prasad, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Law & Legislative Affairs and Sri K. Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as under:
“In view of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.05.2025 for the continuation of his service as Assistant Government Pleader for Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal (LRAT) before the II Additional District Judge Court, Eluru, till the payment of the pending salary as admitted by them vide G.O.Rt.No.131 (Law Department) dated 16.04.2025. As on today no orders have been passed, which is highly illegal, arbitrary, improper and non-application of mind and violation of Principles Of Natural Justice apart from violate of article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to clear the pending salary as admitted by them, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
3. Having regard to the above prayer, this Court is of the view that the present case is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. 4.
Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the said Common Order dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. No order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the Common Order dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025 along with this Order. 3
