Pursuant to the interim order dated 26.09.2025 passed by this Court, the Respondents had passed orders dated 24.10.2025 and 25.10.2025 rejecting the case of the Petitioners for extension of their service in the Respondent-University. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file a fresh writ petition to challenge the order dated 24.10.2025. 4. Noting the said submission, writ petition is closed permitting the Petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No order as to costs.
