Chenna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3. 2. Impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide R.C.No.1517/H.R/PORUMAMILLA/2024 dated 09.01.2025 (Ex.P1), placing SRS,J W.P.No.3139 of 2025 the petitioner under suspension (temporarily out of contract), from service as Field Assistant, the above writ petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without conducting any inquiry and issuing notice, the petitioner was placed under suspension vide the impugned proceedings. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 22.01.2025. However, the inquiry has not been completed so far. 4. Learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 produced a copy of the notice issued by respondent No.3 to the petitioner vide R.C.No.1517/H.R./ Porumamilla/ 2024 dated 04.02.2025, fixing the date of hearing on 10.02.2025. Learned standing counsel would submit that after hearing the petitioner, orders will be passed by following the Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, 2013 (for short ‘FAHRP’). 5. Given the submission of learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders, after hearing the petitioner, strictly following FAHRP. The petitioner is at liberty to submit documents and raise grounds, if any, at the time of personal hearing. There shall be no order as to costs.
