Heard Sri V.S.Mallikharjuna Kuladeep Thoka, learned counsel for the 2. petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner No.1 3. is the wife of the respondent No.2, who filed M.C.No.l of 2024 seeking maintenance against the respondent No.2/husband who is working in Dubai. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that the petitioners herein filed a Crl.M.P.No.614 of 2024 in M.C.No.l of 2024, seeking interim maintenance @ Rs.1,00,000/- per month to the 1®* petitioner and Rs.50,000/- nd petitioner. But the learned Trial Judge granted per month to the 2 maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month each vide Order dated 26.08.2025. Aggrieved thereby, the present petition is filed seeking enhancement of the interim maintenance. 4 4. As can be seen from the record, the interim maintenance was granted on 26.08.2025. Be that as it may, it is represented that the counter is already filed in this matter and the matter is coming up for enquiry. That being the case, instead of interfering in the iimpugned Order, it is apposite to dispose of the present petition, directing the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the on the file of the Court of Family cum VIII Additional District M.C.No.1 of 2024 Judge, Ongole (3) months from the date of adjournment in a casual as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three receipt of copy of this Order, without way by mere asking. granting any 5.
