Government of UP and also violation of guidelines issued by the Central Government vide Circular No.l5011/91/2013-SC/ST-W, dated 12/10/2015, and consequently, 2 direct the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 to register the First Information Report on the basis of the Complaint given by the Petitioner on 08/10/2025and conduct the enquiry as per the law and protect Petitioner's life and liberty.
