Heard Sri Kuntamukkala Sai Sree Sanjay, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondents. 2.
The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 29.04.2025 in W.P.No.1783 of 2025. 3
3. The writ petition filed by the petitioners was disposed of, directing the A.P. Capital Region Development Authority (A.P.CRDA) and the Grama Panchayat, Peda Avutupalli Village, to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 16.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per law. 3. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that despite the said order, the 1st respondent/contemnor did not take any steps except issuing a notice dated 19.05.2025. 4. A counter-affidavit was filed by respondents 3 and 4, wherein it is contended that, pending the contempt case, the Commissioner, A.P.CRDA, issued a notice to respondents 3 and 4 under Sections 115(4), 114 and 116(4) of the A.P.CRDA Act, 2014. Challenging the said notice, the respondents filed W.P.No.24058 of 2025, in which the learned Single Judge of this Court granted an interim order. The petitioners in the contempt case are arrayed as respondents 4 to 6 in W.P.No.24058 of 2025. 5. Given the developments, this Court does not find a violation of the order in the writ petition. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
