Learned counsel for the State would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been decided and the past salary of four months has already been credited to the account of the petitioner. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, liberty is granted in favour of the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if his grievance still survives.
