The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than one month after the passing of the order, as he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, condition No.(i) in paragraph No.5 imposed on the petitioner/Accused No.5 in Crl.P.No.10569 of 2025, vide order dated 24.10.2025, is hereby relaxed. The petitioner/Accused No.5 shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge- cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam.
