JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 8 10-07-2025 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State is present.
3. On the previous occasion i.e., 26.06.2025 also no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This Court had adjourned the matter with a clean observation that if on the next date also nobody one appears on behalf of the petitioner then the Court may consider dismissing this writ application for non- prosecution. Despite the previous order dated 26.06.2025, again no one has appeared today to press the writ application. Considering the fact that this is an old matter of the year 2016, no purpose will be served in continuing with the present writ application when the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing with the same.
