The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus and to refrain from imposing arbitrary fines, sealing marriage halls, or enforcing unreasonable restrictions without due process. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondents authorities to provide clear guidelines and a reasonable compliance mechanism for marriage hall owners. (iii) Grant interim relief by staying the enforcement actions against the petitioner pending the final disposal of this petition." 2. Sri Rajan Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions does not press the writ petition but reserves liberty in favour of individual members of the association to seek redressal in individual cases as and when cause of action arises. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5.
