2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was registered with ID No. CG277609080 under Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme however, due to technical error on website, his ID has been shown as ineligible and therefore, he approached the concerned authority i.e. the Senior Agriculture Development Officer and further approached the Office of the Deputy Director (Agriculture), District Sakti to get the official website corrected however no action has been taken to his grievance and the petitioner is suffering till date, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 6 to take decision on the letter written by the respondent No.5. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/ State would submit that according to his information, there is a Dispute Redressal Grievance Cell and the petitioner may approach it for redressing his grievance, however no application has been submitted by the petitioner before it. He would further submit that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition alongwith the documents enclosed herein, he is not having any objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Perusal of the grievance of the petitioner would show that in the official website, due to some technical error the status of the petitioner has been shown to be ineligible. The petitioner is holding the ID under the Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme and pursuant thereto he is
3 entitled to receive the benefit of Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme but due to some technical error he could not enjoy the benefit of the same. 6. Bare perusal of the document Annexure P/1 would show that this is the letter written by respondent No.4 to respondent No.5 mentioning therein that in the portal maintained by block level, the option of revocation in the ID is closed at block level and the correction be made at the district level.
Thereafter, the respondent No.5 wrote a letter to respondent No.6 on 29/10/2024 mentioning that the ID of the petitioner is shown to be ineligible in the registered district and therefore at his end, he cannot be able to revoke the ineligibility as mentioned in the portal and to transfer the ID in the other district, however, it appears that respondent No.6 thereafter has not taken any steps or has not intimated the petitioner in this regard. 7. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner herein, instead of keeping this petition pending before this Court seeking reply from the respective respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing the respondent No.6 to take necessary steps and action on the letter dated 29/10/2024 written by the respondent No.5/ Deputy Director (Agriculture), District Sakti, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge S.Bhilwar
