When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, would submit that a counter has been filed in this matter, and since the subject dispute pertains to financial transactions, no crime was registered on the complaint made by the petitioners. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to recourse their remedies before appropriate forum according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
