Present transfer application has been filed under Section 24 CPC to transfer the proceeding of Case No. 3624 of 2019 under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 arising out of criminal dispute, whereas, it has to be filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C, therefore, transfer application is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. Accordingly, transfer application is dismissed with liberty to applicant to file fresh application under the provision of Section 407 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
