ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri B. Parameswara Rao, learned Counsel representing Sri K. Venkatesh, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Ashok,
learned Counsel representing Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL.
2. Sri B. Parameswara Rao,
learned Counsel representing Sri K. Venkatesh, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Ex.P1, which is a Letter dated 31.07.2025 addressed by the Assistant Engineer Operation through the Petitioner herein. The said Letter indicates that the Petitioner had applied for Service Connection No.2323220000567 for the purpose of a Bore-well situated in Sy.No.1242/3. The Letter also indicate that the Petitioner is not using the Service Connection for drawing water from the Bore-well, which is situated in Sy.No.1242/3, but instead the Petitioner is illegally using the same Service Connection for the purpose of drawing water from another Bore-well, which is situated in Sy.No.1284/1.
3. Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents would submit that the use of the Service Connection for a Bore-well, for which the Service Connection has not been sanctioned is illegal and therefore the Respondents have initiated the Proceedings for disconnecting the Service Connection due to un-authorized use by the Petitioner.
4. Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents would further submit that the Service Connection in respect of Service No.2323220000567 had been disconnected long time ago.
5. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the view that the relief sought by the Writ Petitioner cannot be granted. However, the Writ Petitioner is given liberty to approach the Competent Authority for seeking Service Connection for the Bore-well, which is situated in Sy.No.1284/1. If such Application is made by the Writ Petitioner along with the relevant documents,
