While placing on record copy of office order dated 29.3.2025, issued under the signature of Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with.
2.
Perusal of aforesaid office order, which is taken on record reveals that HRTC after having examined the case of the petitioners in light of judgments passed by this Court in CWP No. 9768 of 2024 and CWP No. 3050 of 2014, has released the amount on account of enhanced DA/IR from the due date, however arrears, if any, on account of aforesaid
2 compliance have been proposed to be released in terms of instructions dated 7.1.2012 and 31.7.2024 issued by the Finance Department. Since respondent has already considered and decided case of the petitioners in light of judgment alleged to have been violated, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious.
