ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“ to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the petitioners possession and enjoyment over the agricultural lands i.e. an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.232/5A; an extent of Ac.4.66 cents in Sy.No.231/9 and an extent of Ac.4.13 cents in Sy.No.589-3 of Aallamadugu Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District without notice and without following due process of law and their action in threatening to dispossess us by cutting the 35 year old mango plantations as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment over the agricultural lands i.e., an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.232/5A; an extent of Ac.4.66 cents in Sy.No.231/9 and an extent of Ac.4.13 cents in Sy.No.589-3 of Aallamadugu Village Vedurukuppam Mandal,Chittoor District and to passsuch other order or orders...”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the absolute owners and possessors of the lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.232/5A, an extent of Ac.4.66 cents in Sy.No.231/9 and an extent of Ac.4.13 cents in Sy.No.589-3 situated at Aallamadugu Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. Later, the petitioners herein were granted electricity
connection to the subject premises and the petitioners herein are paying electricity charges from time to time without any default. In recognition to the ownership, possession and enjoyment of the subject lands, the revenue authorities also issued pattadar pass books. While things stood thus, on 23.01.2025 respondent No.4 without issuing any notice or without following due process of law trespassed into the subject property and are threatening the petitioners to disposes/ evict from the subject properties. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in threatening to disposes/ evict the petitioners from the subject properties, the petitioners herein filed the present writ petition.
4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that in the event of dispossession of the petitioners from the subject lands, the respondents will follow due process of law.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands without following due process of law.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
