Mr.Chitranshu Srivastav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client apprehends construction of police-booth on his land. He lodged his complaint on 28th December, 2024 with respondent no.2. He submits, there be direction for said respondent to look into the complaint. 2. Mr.Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. On query he submits, he needs to obtain instructions regarding construction of police-booth. However, petitioner's complaint will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's complaint dated 28th December, 2024. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his complaint to said respondent. Within two weeks of the communication, petitioner be informed on his complaint. 4. Mr. Srivastava seeks leave to cause correction regarding particulars of his client's plot as mentioned in the prayer. He submits, it is plot no.202. Leave is granted.
