Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following substantial reliefs: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Notice dated 22.07.2024 issued by respondent no.2 (Annexure No.3) to this writ petition). 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 13.11.2024 filed by the petitioner within stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the provisional notice dated 22.07.2024 issued by respondent no.2, the petitioner has made a representation/objection to the same on 13.11.2024, however the same is still pending. 4. In light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction given on the respondent no.2, Executive Engineer, Electric Distribution, Division 1st Mohaddipur, Gorakhpur, to consider the representation/objection of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order upon the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from date, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
