Heard Sri K.Sai Rama Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner would seek time in this matter. 04. This Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the police for registration of the crime against the unofficial respondents on their complaint dated 30.03.2021. 05. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police have not registered the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner, since the subject matter is civil in nature. 06. In that view, the writ petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
