1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.11.04 11:03:28 +0530
2 Constitution of India challenging the transfer order dated 08.10.2025 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School Jamnipali, Block Kartala, District - Korba (C.G.) to Government Primary School Jhokapara, Block Poudi Uproda, District - Korba (C.G.).
2. It has been informed by the learned State counsel that the District Education Officer has already forwarded the case of the petitioner for correction in the transfer order as there is typographical error has been kept in the transfer order and it has also been conceded that it has wrongly mentioned petitioner as teacher whereas the petitioner is presently posted as Headmaster and it has also been informed by the learned State counsel that they will not effect transfer in view of the provisions made by the State.
3. Therefore, nothing is required to be adjudicated at this juncture, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner if she has further grievances she may allow to file a fresh petition.
4. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
