The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 as illegal and arbitrary and also direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 not to harass the Petitioners by calling and summoning them to the Police Station nor in any mode in connection with civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.5. 2. Heard Mr. R. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents No. 1 to 4. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioners No.1 to 3 and Respondent No.5 have got civil disputes. Due to which the Respondent No.3 issued a letter to Mandal Revenue Officer, Tirupati Urban Mandal with a request to conduct enquiry. During enquiry process, the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 called the Petitioners and Respondent No.5 to the Police Station and instructed not to create any law and order situation. The Respondent/ Police never interfered in civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.5. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________________ Dr.
